Flyover Ramps taking shape.

The new northbound Route 65-to-westbound Route 60 "flyover" bridge is nearing completion and work is progressing well on the eastbound Route 60-to-northbound Route 65 "flyover" bridge.

Concrete forms on flyover bridge.

Contractor crews have poured concrete for a portion of the roadway going north from the eastbound Route 60-to-northbound Route 65 "flyover" bridge along northbound Route 65.  Asphalt for shoulders is scheduled to be laid during mid-August.

Concrete forms for

Contractor crews must build concrete forms on the girders of the bridges.  The forms keep the concrete in place when it is poured for the bridge decks.

Dirt is graded in preparation for a new westbound Route 60 driving lane.

A new westbound Route 60 driving lane is planned between Route 65 and Glenstone Avenue.  In August, crews will haul in rock for the base before concrete is poured for the new driving lane.
